The HWA, more than any other professional organization, has helped me in my career as a fiction writer. The people are amazing and wonderful.

Writers Group
WilyWriters.NET: The Wily Writers community site is a private writers group that birthed an e-zine. These folks have become my rocks. They keep me enthused about writing and publishing. The e-zine, now defunct, paid pro rates for the short dark fiction it published in audio and text formats, and it resulted in two “Best of Wily Writers” anthologies. In 2021, the group has evolved into a community of dark fiction writers coming together for support, education, and encouragement under the guiding hand of Author-Doula Angel Leigh McCoy.
